Design of the Canberra Discovery Garden

Room one (right) is a space to learn about soil preparation, water collection and conservation, plant propagation and container planting. Free talks and workshops will explore irrigation methods, composting, soil care, design tips, general  gardening advice and more.

Room two (centre) focuses on plant varieties, providing inspiration for planting to suit Canberra’s unique climate and conditions.

Room three (left) showcases turf varieties  and looks at water use within Canberra’s water cycle and the value of water as a precious and limited resource.
